About

Who makes this, and how.

TeamRitualStudio is the product line of Myosotis IT Services, a one-person IT consultancy in Dordrecht, the Netherlands. It exists because the person behind it kept preparing the same materials for his own teams and decided to finish them properly.

The person

Sven Vogelezang works as a Product Owner and Scrum Master. He facilitates retrospectives, opens workshops, and has spent enough evenings hunting for a format that isn’t Start-Stop-Continue to know exactly what is missing from the free lists: not the ideas, but the preparation around them.

Everything published here is selected, specified and reviewed by him. He sets the structure, the metadata system and the quality bar, decides what goes in and what stays out, and reviews the result.

How the material is produced

The text and the illustrations are produced with AI tools under his direction. That is stated plainly on every product page and in every listing, because it is true and because you deserve to know what you are buying.

What it does not mean is bulk generation. Every page is written against a house style and checked against the same seven or eight fixed fields. A full review before the icebreaker library was released found 36 problems, 14 of them blocking: timings that could not work at the stated group size, cards claiming “materials: none” that needed pen and paper, one activity asking a question that another card names as a pitfall. All of them were corrected before anything was published.

What we claim, and what we don’t

Some of these formats and icebreakers have been run with real teams. Many have not. So you will not find “tested with hundreds of teams” anywhere on this site, because it would not be true — and a facilitation guide that overstates its own provenance is the last thing a facilitator needs.

What is true: the structure is consistent, the timings are checked against the group sizes, the pitfalls are named, and the material has been reviewed by someone who facilitates for a living.

Where to buy

Everything is sold through Gumroad, and most of it is also on Etsy. Both handle payment, VAT and delivery; both give you an instant download and an invoice. Prices are the same on both. This website sells nothing itself — it is the shop window, not the till.

The rest of the workshop

The same person builds Estimr, free planning poker for agile teams, and Iterr, the team intelligence platform it belongs to. The consultancy behind all of it is Myosotis IT Services.
