What exactly do I get?
A download. Each library is a zip with print-ready PDFs, EPUB versions for reading on a tablet or phone, the illustrations (and for the retrospective library, the board templates), and an introduction and index document. No account, no subscription, yours to keep.
Which language is it in?
English, all of it. The illustrations and board templates deliberately carry no text, so running an English guide with a Dutch-, German- or French-speaking team is seamless — you add the labels in your own language. If you want everything in Dutch, this is not for you, and we would rather say that now than after you have paid.
May I use these with my clients?
Yes. Facilitate them as often as you like, with any team, at any employer or client, in person or remotely. What you may not do is resell, redistribute or republish the files themselves, or hand the library on to another facilitator instead of the session.
Can I print them?
Yes. The PDFs are print-ready at 300 ppi with fonts embedded, and the board templates are made to be printed at A4 or dropped into Miro, Mural, FigJam or a Teams whiteboard.
Where do I buy, and why are there two shops?
Gumroad is the main channel: instant download, invoice, the full catalogue including the free guides. Etsy carries most of the same products for people who prefer to buy there. Prices are identical — pick whichever you already have an account with.
Why does the price change at checkout?
Prices on this site are excluding VAT. Gumroad and Etsy add the VAT rate of your own country at checkout, collect it and remit it. A €24 library shows as €29.04 to a Dutch buyer, less in countries with a lower rate, and nothing extra if you are a business outside the Netherlands entering a valid VAT number.
Is it AI-generated?
The text and the illustrations were produced with AI tools, directed and reviewed by a working Scrum Master who set the structure, decided the selection and corrected the result. We say so on every product page rather than hiding it. The about page explains exactly what that means and what we do not claim.
Do the two libraries overlap?
No. Eight icebreakers were cut from the icebreaker selection because they already existed as full formats in the retrospective library. The bundle is 90 distinct pieces.
Can I try before I buy?
Four complete guides are free, pay-what-you-want, and €0 gets you the identical file that is in the library. Two are on the retrospective page and two on the icebreaker page.

Delivery runs through Gumroad or Etsy, so start with the order confirmation in your inbox — it carries the download link and the support route for that channel. If that does not solve it, get in touch through myosotis-it.nl.
