What this site stores. Almost nothing.

This website

teamritualstudio.eu is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no forms, no comment fields and no shopping basket. It uses no analytics service, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies, and it sets no cookies of its own — which is why you are not being asked to accept any. Four short addresses are counted; that is described below.

The web server keeps standard access logs containing your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser’s user-agent string. Those logs exist to keep the server running and secure, are not linked to anything else, and are not used to profile visitors.

The short links

Four short addresses on this site — /gratis, /kaarten, /hoe and /start — are shortcuts that forward you to a normal page. They exist so that a visit prompted by a social media post can be told apart from other traffic.

When you use one, a single line is added to a text file on this server: the date and time, which shortcut you used, the domain name of the page you came from (never the full address), whether the request looks like an automated one, and a short code standing in for you.

That code is not an identifier. It is a one-way hash of your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string and the current date, and it changes at midnight — enough to tell two visits on the same day apart, not enough to say who you are or to recognise you tomorrow. Your IP address is used to compute that hash and is not stored. No cookie is set, nothing is sent to a third party, and the file stays on this server.

Visits to ordinary pages are not counted at all.

External content

Product pages load a small script from Gumroad so that a purchase opens in an overlay instead of navigating away. That script only runs on the pages with a buy button, and only Gumroad receives data from it — and only once you click. Gumroad’s own privacy statement applies from that point.

All other links leave this site: Gumroad, Etsy, iterr.eu, estimr.eu and myosotis-it.nl each have their own privacy statements.

When you buy

This site sells nothing. Every purchase is handled by Gumroad or Etsy: they take the payment, calculate and remit VAT, deliver the files and issue the invoice. They are the parties that hold your name, address and payment details, and their privacy statements govern that. The seller receives an order notification with your name and email address, and uses it for nothing beyond that order and any support you ask for.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what personal data is held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. For anything held by the shop you bought from, ask them directly — they hold the transaction. For anything else, get in touch via myosotis-it.nl.
